This position is part of the Office of Management, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will identify, review, and analyze data required for management use, including maintaining access to classified meetings. Provide guidance to contractor support on policies and standard operating procedures.

- →Veterans shape the future of energy As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Analyze and evaluate programs and operations to identify problems, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and recommend solutions to management.
- →Analyze program information and reporting requirements and develops reporting approaches that provide management with reliable information for decision-making.
- →Review policies, regulations, procedures, and management practices to assess their impact on operations and recommend improvements to administrative policies and processes.
- →Develop program evaluation plans, methods, and procedures to measure performance and improve organizational operations, staffing, and work processes.
- →Review administrative controls, audits, and investigative findings to identify needed corrective actions and recommend improvements.
- →Provide management with analyses, advice, reports, and briefings on program and administrative issues and recommended courses of action.
