What You'll Do
- →Supports the Distribution Command Group by developing long-term training requirements for the DLA Distribution workforce.
- →Directs the establishment and optimization of a standard and disciplined problem-solving process to improve training across DLA Distribution.
- →Participates in the development and/or revision of annual and quarterly training guidance.
- →Manages teams established to improve the development and delivery of the DLA Distribution training.
- →Adapts analytical techniques to improve the effectiveness of institutional and unit training.
- →Conducts studies as assigned by the Distribution Command Group.
- →Performs analytical and advisory work in support of the development of the DLA Distribution Campaign Plan for Workforce Development.
- →Coaches Distribution senior leaders and managers in the selection and application of appropriate training methods and techniques.
- →Provides advice and guidance to managers to help them improve the training provided by supervisors.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
