What You'll Do
- →Serves as the primary regulatory compliance manager, Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) authority, and enterprise training lead for all Temporary Duty (TDY) travel.
- →Develops, reviews, and revises comprehensive travel policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Management Regulation (FMR).
- →Executes the enterprise Post-Payment Review (PPR) program to independently audit vouchers and ensure fiscal integrity.
- →Utilizes the DTMO Compliance Tool and other data analysis software to identify high-risk transactions, anomalies, and potential indicators of fraud, waste, or abuse.
- →Designs, updates, and delivers recurring training for travelers and Approving Officials on JTR compliance, ethical conduct, and proper voucher submission.
- →Calculates the precise amount of indebtedness resulting from PPR audit findings, duplicate payments, or other identified travel overpayments and Issues official debt notification letters.
