What You'll Do
- →Serves as a training leader for multiple Defense Logistics Agency systems by including the program manager offices to gain in-depth system knowledge.
- →Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates tailored training solutions for a diverse audience by analyzing training requests and conducting customer needs assessments.
- →Creates and maintains comprehensive and up-to-date training materials, including course plans, procedures, job aids, and eLearning conversions.
- →Guides, develops, and certifies team members and instructors, ensure they are well-prepared, self-sufficient, and capable of delivering tailored customer training.
- →Manages training programs, course loads, and instructor assignments, while evaluating program effectiveness and proposing improvements.
- →Trains basic to advanced courses on multiple Defense Logistics Agency systems to personnel at all levels, from entry-level specialists to senior management.
- →Maintains communication with internal and external Defense Logistics Agency staff, participates in meetings, prepares reports, briefings, and written correspondence for senior leaders.
