What You'll Do
- →Manages the development, coordination, and presentation of the organization's operational metrics, integrating and analyzing data for leadership reviews such as the Monthly Management Review (MMR).
- →Serves as the primary liaison to headquarters for all Executive Governance meetings and associated activities, ensuring effective interagency coordination for executive-level briefs.
- →Advises and assists senior leadership on strategic management and governance, leading the preparation and execution of Command-level briefs and strategic planning sessions.
- →Leads the development of the organization's annual operating plan (AOP) in collaboration with leaders and is responsible for quarterly progress briefs to the Director and Vice Director.
- →Provides data visualization expertise to analyze complex trends, predictions, and the interconnectivity between financial, operational, and information technology metrics to improve dashboard quality and support strategic decision-making.
- →Synchronizes and facilitates weekly executive meeting agendas and preparation sessions with principals and directors to develop talking points and advise on initiatives requiring agency-level governance.
- →Tracks and monitors the progress of goals and milestones for leadership's key focus areas, ensuring alignment with the DLA Strategic Plan and driving day-to-day business management to enhance operational performance.
