What You'll Do
- →Serves as a principal advisor to the Director, DLA Distribution Plans, Training and Modernization, and as a senior technical expert responsible for strategic analysis, program evaluation, and cross-functional integration.
- →Leads and integrates strategic planning, program evaluation, network modernization, readiness, and contingency planning to enable DLA Distribution forces and infrastructure to execute current and future missions.
- →Assesses organizational and network capabilities; and leading complex enterprise initiatives that cross functional and organizational boundaries.
- →Resolves complex and often unprecedented organizational and operational problems, develops authoritative recommendations for senior leaders.
- →Integrates the human capital and organizational dimensions of modernization by developing strategic frameworks and requirements for network-wide training, organizational capability, and workforce readiness.
