About the Role

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Facilities and Asset Management, Field Operations Facilities, Financial Analysis Section. 1 vacancy located in the following areas: Aliso Viejo CA Euless TX Indianapolis IN Washington DC Additional selections may be made to include other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

What You'll Do

  • This position starts at a salary of $89,508.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $116,362.00 (GS-12, Step 10) This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S.
  • Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Operational Support Facilities Division, Field Operations Facilities (OSF) Program Management Office (PMO) and plays a vital role in supporting CBP's Office of Field Operations by ensuring Land Ports of Entry across the nation are safe, modern, and efficient.
  • Through a strong partnership with the General Services Administration, the FOF Team leads facility improvements and modernization efforts that enhance security, safety, and operational effectiveness for officers and travelers.
  • With a commitment to resilience and sustainability, FOF advances trade efficiency and mission excellence at the nation's busiest border crossings.
  • As a Management & Program Analysis typical duties may include: Providing administrative support to PMO program managers and project leads on a variety of activities relating to the application of planning designs and systems, environmental processes and activities, and projects within assigned AOR in support of PMO mission activities and requirements.
  • Planning, developing, and coordinating record keeping of project and program information within assigned AOR through briefings, presentations, meetings, and conferences for managers and PMO executives.
  • Reviewing proposed and/or new legislation, policy, Executive Orders, Department Directives, and other guidance for applicability and potential effects to assigned programs or projects.
  • Coordinating, oversight, analysis, and records management of policies and processes related to programs and projects within assigned AOR.
