As an Management and Program Analyst, you will coordinate the full life cycle of office contracts, lead a variety of projects, and provide analytical guidance to further the office's mission.
What You'll Do
- →Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S.
- →Citizenship and Immigration Services, within the Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity and are assigned based on the need of the agency.
- →Coordinates and performs contract administration and other administrative program responsibilities for the office.
- →Conducts comprehensive research, strategic analysis, and independent reviews to evaluate a program's impact and propose solutions to improve program efficiency and accountability.
- →Prepares and briefs on comprehensive analytical reports and documentation to communicate the status and compliance of contracts and other acquisition programs, support recommendations, and demonstrate impact of new initiatives.
- →Leads special projects, audits, broad analytical assignments and other activities that have an impact on CREEO operations.
- →Acts as a liaison with the Office of Contracting and other USCIS offices requiring contracted services.
- →Serves as an expert consultant on broad projects, initiatives, and programs related to contract administration.
Requirements
- ✓Conditions of Employment: You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or U.S.
- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
- ✓EDUCATIONAL SUBSTITUTION: There is no educational substitution at this grade level.
