As a Management and Program Analyst, you will analyze current processes to identify ways that technology can be used to improve accuracy and efficiency, create reports, and develop action plans.
What You'll Do
- →The responsibilities described are for the full performance level.
- →At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity.
- →Serve as an analyst and program advisor to management on various functions requiring application of a wide range of system and management support principles, processes, and systems.
- →Provide technical assistance and support to apply planning systems and management programs.
- →Develop, implement, and monitor management information systems, including spreadsheets, databases, SharePoint sites, and other organizational tools Develop project analyses and compile reports articulating tangible/intangible data and identify significant findings, including but not limited to, staffing models, volume projections, and forecast modeling.
- →Analyze and evaluate, on a quantitative and/or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of programs or operations in meeting established goals, measures, and objectives.
- →Work with leadership to make processes more effective to achieve Asylum goals.
Requirements

- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
