As an Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as a project lead, coordinator, and expert analyst on national efforts within FOD's areas of responsibility. Using a global perspective, you will represent the interests of the directorate in influencing directorate-wide processes and procedures.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for planning and conducting special studies, and developing and evaluating assigned programs.
- →Plans, conducts, or participates in special studies or task forces, and provides expert assistance to headquarters and field offices.
- →Develops and conducts briefing presentations and other communications for supervisors and executive management.
- →Provides technical assistance and support to national and headquarters management programs in matters pertaining to study areas and needs projections.
- →Facilitates and coordinates major projects and procedural changes.
Requirements

- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.

- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
