As a Management and Program Analyst, you will deliver comprehensive administrative and analytical support, driving projects and studies that enhance organizational functions and contribute to the continuous improvement of overall operations.
What You'll Do
- →Perform moderately complex analytical studies and projects to assess program effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- →Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting systems to effectively monitor program deliverables and provide management with meaningful insights for informed decision making.
- →Design, test, and implement new or modified work methods and automated procedures to enhance administrative and program support functions.
- →Review data to ensure accuracy and completeness while proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies through correction or clarification.
- →Provide briefings and present solutions to management officials and cross-functional teams to address identified challenges and drive improvements.
- →Work may require walking, standing, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 25 pounds such as papers or books.
Requirements

- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
- ✓COMBINING QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: If you do not qualify based on experience or education alone, you may be able to qualify based on a combination of your experience and education.
