As a Management and Program Analyst, you will advise management by evaluating the effectiveness of office programs and operations while performing a wide range of administrative and analytical duties in support of intake processes and informational material requirements.
What You'll Do
- →Independently conducts complex analyses of operational performance, organizational effectiveness, workload, program execution, and customer service across multiple components.
- →Advises management on the interpretation and operational application of government policies by identifying implementation challenges, operational risks, and recommended courses of action.
- →Designs analytical methodologies, establishes performance measures, develops evaluation criteria, and applies advanced analytical techniques to assess and identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
- →Develops briefings, presentations, informational materials, or analytical products to support various projects and programs.
- →Represents the organization in cross functional initiatives requiring extensive coordination, negotiation, and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives and priorities.
Requirements
- ✓Conditions of Employment: You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or U.S.
- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
- ✓EDUCATIONAL SUBSTITUTION: There is no educational substitution at the GS-13 grade level.
