As a Management and Program Analyst, you will implement HCT's Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Including the formulation and execution of the AOP, funding and approval of travel, financial reporting, purchase card oversight, conference planning, and providing guidance to policies and procedures.
What You'll Do
- →Coordinates with internal and external customers to prepare, review and consolidate a variety of program and budget estimates for the preparation and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- →Provide technical assistance and support to HCT Executive Leadership, Branch Chiefs and Program Managers supporting the Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
- →Including the formulation and executive of AOP, conference planning and financial reporting.
- →Responsible for a variety of analytical reporting to support fiscal accounting; gather data and analyze findings, tracks expenditures and assists in conducting mid-year and annual operating plan reviews for programs.
- →Communicates related analysis and policies orally and in writing to customers, management, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and appropriate protocols are followed and provides clear and accurate information regarding fiscal issues.
- →Serve as a subject matter expert by interpreting and applying policy, regulations, agency directives and laws, using processing systems, as well as giving direct assistance and support to employees regarding associate programs.
- →Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in purchase card oversight ensuring agency governing policies are upheld.
- →Interpret and apply Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and local policy, processing systems, as well as, giving direct assistance and support to all USCIS employees regarding their travel documents for these programs.
- →Serve as a liaison and SME between all HCT program offices and OCFO on obtaining conference package approval from OCFO and DHS certifying the accuracy and completeness of package to meet policy requirements.
Requirements
- ✓Conditions of Employment: You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or U.S.
- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
- ✓General Office Skills: Applicants must possess knowledge of general office automation software, practices, and procedures.
