Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Enterprise Services, Workforce Care Directorate. Location: Negotiable after your selection. (Must report to a CBP Facility)
What You'll Do
- →Int his role you will be a Management and Program Analyst in Enterprise Services, Workforce Care Directorate, serving as an expert advisor on evaluating and improving employee and family support, wellness, and work-life programs across CBP.
- →This position starts at a salary of $121,785.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $158,322.00 (GS-13, Step 10).
- →Major duties include: Developing, implementing, and managing the National Chaplain Program and Enterprise Services Care Team, ensuring alignment with agency policy, establishing program goals, and overseeing effective execution.
- →Building and maintaining relationships with key leaders and personnel in Employee and Family Support, Wellness, and Work-Life integration to enhance program effectiveness.
- →Participating in the planning, scheduling, and execution of initiatives to improve Employee and Family Support and Well-Being, ensuring the allocation of appropriate services, facilities, and resources to meet program priorities.
