If selected, you will serve as a Management and Program Analyst providing a range of critical administrative services to program management.
What You'll Do
- →The duties described are for the full-performance level.
- →At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
- →The duties may include, but are not limited to: Plans, organizes, coordinates, and conducts analytical studies to identify and examine program administrative trends.
- →Performs a variety of management analytical duties, including designing, interpreting, and applying administrative policies, procedures, work processes, systems, and functions.
- →Gathers and organizes information from a variety of sources such as records, computer files, previous studies, and interviews.
- →Develops detailed briefings and reports of findings and presents recommendations to senior management officials.
- →Provides coordination and analysis of administrative management activities, identifies strengths and weaknesses, proposes solutions, prepares analytical reports, and monitors performance.
- →Other duties as assigned.
