What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a senior Strategy and Management Analyst within the NGB J5, Policy, Strategy, and Assessments Division.
- →The incumbent serves as the principle advisor on the development, integration, and communication of strategic initiatives politico-military analysis, and international affairs programs, ensuring alignment with the Chief, National Guard Bureau's strategic vision and national security objectives.
- →As the principle senior strategy and management analyst, supports and advises the military Division Chief in the strategic planning, development, management, and oversight of all National Guard (NG) international affairs and security cooperation programs, including the State Partnership Program (SPP).
- →Provides expert analysis on the implementation and coordination of NGB Strategic Guidance and Department of Defense (DOD) directives.
- →Provides expert assistance for NGB/ Directorate-Level Strategic Partnership and International Affairs in support of CNGB-directed requirements to integrate, coordinate, and communicate the Chiefs International Policy and engagement direction.
- →Leads NGB assessment efforts and serves as the program manager for formal feedback to the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff and the Chief, NGB.
