What You'll Do
- →PRIMARY PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is: to provide or obtain a variety of management services essential to the direction and efficient operations of the organization.
- →Directly assist the commander responsible for the management of the organization.
- →Oversee assigned functions with managers/supervisors within the organization, Participate with management to address issues, resolve problems and provide recommendations for correcting or improving the organization's overall management.
- →DUTIES: Provides support to management in planning, organizing, and overseeing the activities of the 507th Air Defense Aggressor Squadron (507 ADAS) with direct oversight of unit training, readiness, and plans functions.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Advises and provides supervisory counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- →Plans, organizes, and executes mission support activities for 507th Air Defense Aggressor Squadron, Serves as the consultant to the squadron commander on all administrative management activities.
- →Manages the 507th Air Defense Aggressor Squadron's Fiscal Program.
- →Coordinates with the 57th Operations Group Resource Advisor with the status and availability of unit funds.
- →Manages the 507th Air Defense Aggressor Squadron Facility Management Program, Oversees the operations and maintenance of 507 ADAS facilities.
