The Management Analyst is in the Planning, Correspondence, and Performance Management section of the Office of Integrity and Compliance (OIC), which aligns under the Assistant Deputy Under Secretary for Health and Risk Management within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
What You'll Do
- →Thoroughly reviews reports received or prepared by the Office of Integrity and Compliance for signature, completeness, coherence, clarity, accuracy and compliance with established policy.
- →Ensures the appropriate services have the opportunity to review and/or comment on reports and feedback is incorporated appropriately.
- →Design and implement comprehensive evaluation plans for programs, detailing methodologies, data collection process, and reporting formats to ensure accurate assessment of program outcomes and impact.
- →Supports the Records Management Program for OIC.
- →Manage centralized records function, standardized handling/retention, improved records, conversion from paper records to electronic formats, and document searches.
- →Manages, develops, and maintains effective office systems, processes, procedures, and communications while modifying ineffective systems methods, and adjusts as needed to ensure efficient work patterns and smooth communication flow.
- →Other duties as assigned.
- →Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Compressed/Flexible: May be available at management's decision.
- →Telework: May not be authorized.
- →Virtual: This position may be authorized for Virtual Work.
- →Virtual Work eligibility is for current VA employees that are already subject to the return to the in-person work mandate in their current position.
- →Definition of Virtual Work: Employee works outside of original hiring duty station at a VA-owned or leased space.
- →Return to Office (RTO): RTO mandates are in effect and selectees will be required to report to in-person work unless they are approved for an exception or an exemption.
- →Any approval for an RTO exception, exemption, or extension will happen after a tentative job offer, but before a final job offer.
