This position is assigned to Education Division within Buffalo Regional Benefits Office. The Management Analyst has the responsibility of analyzing, evaluating, and advising management on the effectiveness of work methods and procedures and developing recommendations for improvement.
What You'll Do
- →The Management Analyst provides direct support to the Education Officer (EO) and Assistant Education Officers (AEOs).
- →They are responsible for the following duties but are not limited to: Representing Education Management in meetings and discussions with division managers, coaches, and RPO points of contact.
- →Conducting continuing and periodic studies analyzing data to evaluate education processing and operational effectiveness.
- →Examining and analyzing station productivity data and other performance measures.
- →Identifying areas needing special attention or improvement and recommend methods, procedures, or alternative actions.
- →Completing recurring reports, including weekly pending workload charts, monthly scorecard performance charts, and quarterly briefing packages for the RPO Director.
- →Preparing reports and making recommendations for workload planning, procedural changes, and training needs used by leadership.
- →Preparing memorandums, letters, statistical reports, PowerPoints, and other documentation.
- →Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30pm Compressed/Flexible: Not available Telework: This position is eligible for situational (ad hoc) telework only.
- →The selectee is required to report to the official duty station each scheduled workday.
- →Telework may be approved only on a case-by-case basis with supervisory approval.
- →Routine or recurring telework is not authorized for this position.
- →Virtual: This is not a virtual position.

Requirements
