You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Talent Acquisition Team (Code 1102TA), Administrative Office (Code 1102), Executive Support Staff (Code 1100), of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will utilize traditional and innovative methods to establish relationships with applicants through researching and utilizing various organizations and programs throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and all levels of government.
- →You will maintain a strong pipeline of students, recent graduates, and other early career talent.
- →You will attend community venues to present information and provide tabletop hands-on opportunities.
- →You will attend group and one on-one discussions to highlight the uniqueness and advantages of working for NNSY and dispel any misconceptions.
- →You will be present at the job fairs to provide support for applicants and directing candidates to the appropriate departments.
- →You will collect resumes for departments that are not participating and send the resumes to the appropriate department the following week.
- →You will be responsible for fostering connections and partnerships within the community.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
