You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FORCE PERSONNEL(N1), of COMNAVAIRLANT.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide a broad range of advice and assistance to managers and supervisors on human resources management matters.
- →You will establish, cultivate, and maintain an ongoing relationship with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs within the context of the COMNAVAIRLANT AOR mission.
- →You will disseminate guidance and assist the supervisors, managers, and employees to ensure that established guidelines, directives, command policy, etc., are followed.
- →You will serve as the command's subject matter expert for implementation, coordination, and administration of an effective Position Management Program.
- →You will apply complex fact-finding, analytical, and problem-solving methods and techniques to identify interrelated problems, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate actions or solutions.
- →You will conduct analyses on various complex issues that impact manpower resources.
- →You will be required to provide onsite training/assistance to subordinate activities.
