You will serve as a Management Analyst in ACOS Manpower & Personnel Division of COMNAVSURFLANT.
What You'll Do
- →You will develop and maintain force-wide manpower requirements.
- →You will independently manage the conduct of manpower/personnel reviews, administration of manpower requirements, and follow-ups to manpower studies.
- →You will serve as a principal advisor, planner, technical and subject matter expert (SME) in the program areas of military and civilian manpower and force management.
- →You will perform complex organizational studies and projects by conducting comprehensive in-depth analysis of functions, mission requirements, and associated manpower requirements to propose manpower solutions.
- →You will prepare for and participate in all Shore Manpower Requirements Determination (SMRD), Ship's Manpower Document (SMD), and Fleet Manpower Document (FMD) manpower studies of activities.
- →You will maintain up-to-date manpower files including a computerized database of all military personnel.
