You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MANPOWER & PERSONNEL DIVISION of COMSUBFOR.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for providing overall advice and guidance on all phases of Human Resource Management matters.
- →You will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support, information, analysis and advice to management on a variety of Human Resource Management.
- →You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong rapport with managers; attending meetings as requested to acquire knowledge of business objectives, goals, operations and work cultures.
- →You will be working with supervisors/managers in preparing draft position descriptions (PDs) for classification advisories.
- →You will maintain and operate a variety of command level manning and manpower library’s consisting of files relative to a range of manpower issues, which includes libraries for command position descriptions (PD).
- →You will coordinate with managers on various administrative personnel related programs such as incentive awards, performance evaluations and career management program.
- →You will use a variety of automated systems to manage and track personnel assignments, performance ratings, incentive awards, leave usage, and personnel actions.
- →You will serve as the Civilian Personnel Coordinator for Reviewing/Ranking/Interview Panels.
- →You will be responsible for ensuring the Ranking Board is established, and setting deadlines for the completion of the ranking process based on command instructions.
- →As the command Performance Management Program Manager subject matter expert and administrator, you will track/monitor development of annual performance plans and progress ensuring deadlines are met.
- →As the command Primary Drug Program Coordinator (PDPC) you will serve as the subject matter expert for the Drug Free Workplace (DFWP) Program and provide advice and guidance as appropriate.
- →As the Command Training Officer for the civilian training program, you will coordinate with new supervisors (military and civilian) of civilian staff to ensure mandated annual training requirements are complete.
- →As Civilian Onboarding Manager you will coordinate with the Human Resources Office and the hiring manager to ensure all new employees are properly onboarded.
- →You will analyze, evaluate, plan, develop and implement policy guidance for various manpower resources that total over 300 full time equivalent civilian personnel.
