You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for measuring, tracking, monitoring and reports on business processes to provide recommendations for operational goals, changes and improvements.
- →You will prepare, analyze and track metrics that measure command business performance.
- →You will conduct perform management studies and surveys across command organization lines.
- →You will communicate complex information across various audiences from peers to senior leadership.
- →You will coordinate and provide customer support to those requiring assistance with Business Operations Division related products and services.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
- ✓OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
- ✓OR LL.M., if related.
- ✓GS-09: Master's or equivalent graduate degree.
- ✓OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
- ✓OR LL.B. or J.D., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
