You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Command Services and Programs Branch (Code 1141) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. SALARY RANGE CLARIFICATION: GS-09: $64,438 - $83,774 GS-11: $77,964 - $101,359
What You'll Do
- →You will provide analysis and recommendations for the civilian personnel management program (i.e., mission, management objectives and organizational goals, projecting personnel needs, potential problems).
- →You will advise senior officials on results of fact-finding investigations related to distribution of work among positions and organizational codes, manpower and workforce structure.
- →You will provide advisory services to management officials on internal command policy changes that may impact projected workload planning and forecasting.
- →You will act as a liaison between the Human Resource Office (HRO), the Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR), and management to resolve problems, clarify procedures, and receive/provide information.
- →You will plan, conduct, and implement studies involving manpower and personnel management to gather factual, historical, and statistical data.
- →You will conduct information briefings to new and separating employees on appropriate command rules, regulations, polices, etc.
