You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the TRANSFORMATION OFFICE (INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY INSERTION DIVISION) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the facilitator/analyst for assigned process/transformation improvement projects for day-to-day waterfront production and engineering support throughout the shipyard.
- →You will conduct analysis and assist employees in the analysis of organizational behaviors and performance including impact on organizational effectiveness, preparation of learning and performance improvement activities, and performance metrics.
- →You will assist in determining the need for and the preparation and facilitation of improvement events.
- →You will be responsible for providing training in performance and process improvement techniques to personnel.
