This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is with the Directorate of Missile & Aerospace Readiness .
What You'll Do
- →Plan for organizational studies to develop recommendations for more efficient and economical methods.
- →Acts as a consultant to the director and operating officials, advising them of the status of various personnel management programs.
- →Has responsibility for insuring that all elements of the program from the operating directorate standpoint comply with regulatory requirements.
- →Monitors funding and personnel space allocation for the directorate.
