This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in the Supplemental Labor Management Office (NSP). A successful candidate in the Management Analyst (SLMO Compliance) position will serve as a subject matter expert and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), developing and standardizing compliant processes, managing computer applications like the Vendor Management System (VMS), and conducting risk-based audits and position assessments.
What You'll Do
- →As a Management Analyst (SLMO Compliance), you will: Conducts audits and investigations of the supplemental labor program to ensure compliance with contracts and policies, and to identify potential fraud, waste, or abuse.
- →Acts as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for complex labor contracts, overseeing contractor performance, reviewing invoices, facilitating program communications, and monitoring compliance.
- →Leads projects to improve the systems and processes for managing the contractor workforce, serving as the expert for the Vendor Management System (VMS).
- →Develops and updates agency-wide policies, procedures, and handbooks for the supplemental labor program.
- →Serves as the subject matter expert for handling special assistance requests for contract workers, including reasonable accommodations (ADA), FMLA tracking, and ergonomic needs.
- →Advises and coaches senior managers and suppliers on compliance requirements, investigation findings, and corrective actions.
