You will serve as the N99 Staff Support Officer and GG-14 Management Specialist, driving strategic personnel operations, directing civilian manpower databases, and orchestrating critical program tracking to optimize workforce readiness and organizational performance.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide strategic support by serving as the HR liaison, conducting staff analysis, and leading strategic organizational projects.
- →You will lead DPMAP/DCIPS performance and awards cycles, manage civilian awards and budget tracking, and submit non-SES RPAs in DCPDS.
- →You will act as the SLDCADA Super User by managing employee check-in/out, resolving timekeeping errors, and coordinating organizational structure updates with BSO 11 and 15.
- →You will establish and maintain the Civilian Master Manpower database with BSO 11, 15, and 60, while preparing bi-monthly Resource Management Board (RMB) metrics and vacancy trackers.
- →You will serve as the Training Lead Requirements Officer certification training, leading the semi-annual PB4T, tracking mandatory training, and managing corporate staff training opportunities.
