You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the T&E Management for Programs & Operations Division, Administrative Support Branch of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead administration personnel in the daily operation and execution of administrative functions.
- →You will identify opportunities for process improvement within the command and advise leadership of solutions to implement positive change, to include authoring and updating SOPs, briefs, and organization charts.
- →You will identify future cross-organization funding travel requirements and notify administrative and financial personnel.
- →You will maintain cognizance over all command correspondence for accuracy, completeness, routing, and filing.
- →You will keep records and track all mandatory and developmental training.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
