You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FACILITY & INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform analytical studies and incorporate customer input in order to continually improve core functional processes of the organization.
- →You will develop local policies, directives and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- →You will serve as the principal advisor to management on assigned efforts and develops/presents briefings to diverse audiences up to flag officer and Senior Executive Service (SES) level.
- →You will independently initiate plans and carries out assignments within established policies and guidelines or recommends new policies and guidelines.
- →You will review and/or draft education and training programs such as plans and course requirements to educate and train users on various processes.
- →You will independently respond to questions from higher headquarters and external activities on all matters related to the application and capabilities of assigned efforts.
