About the Position: This position is located on Naval Hospital Jacksonville. The incumbent will work in the Directorate for Resource Management, Contracting Division. Core hours will be: 6:30am to 4:00pm. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD.
What You'll Do
- →Employee identifies all requirements and estimates the funds necessary to support proposed healthcare contracts.
- →Validates contracts upon receipt for accuracy in description of services and period of performance.
- →Conducts market analysis for pricing of similar services.
- →Initiates corrective cures for contractual default and/or issues.
- →Inspects, monitors, surveys, and ensures that a variety of complex or unique healthcare contracts are in compliance with terms, conditions, and specifications in one or more subject areas.
- →Inspects professional healthcare Personal and Non-Personal Services contracts for ambiguities and researches appropriate regulations, instructions, Internet sites, and other government-approved research materials for contract relevant information.
