About the Position: This position is located at the Directorate of Resource Management at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), which is on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.
What You'll Do
- →Gather and analyze workload data, workflow patterns, space utilization, and insights from staff interviews to determine and recommend improvements that enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- →Develop, maintain, and update the organization's Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) and Unit Manning Document (UMD).
- →Analyze and provide recommendations on requests to modify civilian grades through the Manpower Change Request (MCR) process.
