About the Position: This position is located at the Directorate of Resource Management at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), which is on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Conduct comprehensive management studies and health data analysis to drive strategic performance and organizational improvement.
- →Develop, monitor, and refine strategic healthcare business plans to ensure compliance with DHA guidance and achieve fiscal year goals.
- →Extract and analyze data from multiple health systems (e.g., M2, MHS Genesis) to create statistical reports, business case analyses, and executive-level briefings.
- →Evaluate clinic capacity, provider productivity, and resource utilization, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- →Perform detailed cost-benefit, workload, and risk analyses to support command-level decision-making, guide resource allocation, and project future financial impacts.
