The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a project manager to conduct comprehensive manpower requirements determination studies and organizational analyses of a wide diversity of organizations, functions, and work processes and provide management consultant capabilities to improve mission effectiveness, resource efficiency, and resource savings.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as functional point-of-contact and project manager, conducting organizational and process related manpower requirements determination studies.
- →As a project manager, reviews and evaluates organization structures and missions by interpreting data, process flow, organization concepts, and line/staff relationships.
- →Serves as project manager for special studies on process improvement and organizational performance.
- →Analyzes related systems data and prepares system database documents to support manpower requirement determination as applicable for the function under study; analyzes functional area systems generated workload data to satisfy the needs of the manpower requirements determination studies and other special projects or studies.
