The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a MAJCOM Financial Management (FM) Training Functional Area Manager (FAM) for the FM career field. Develops and ensures implementation of training requirements and standards; responsible for policies and procedures concerning training matters as they relate to FM.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as certification training program manager for all FM personnel command wide.
- →Performs work for management and administration of FM training plans, programs and procedures.
- →Serves as FM directorate training manager for all personnel assigned to the FM directorate.
- →Performs special and recurring projects and assignments.
