What You'll Do
- →Provide advice and assistance for administrative, personnel and management related functions Responsible for tracking and monitoring personnel action requests.
- →Reviews and provides advisory services for a variety of employee issues and problems related to employee benefits, disability retirements, pay issues, employee leave accruals and step increases, and performance appraisals/performance standards.
- →Assists distribution center senior managers and the command team with the management of personnel and workforce development programs (i.e. awards, leave, travel, training, records keeping, etc.).
- →Prepares narrative analyses, graphs, charts, and management statistics of data for use in briefings and presentations, using office automation tools.
- →Serves as the Unit Training Coordinator Serves as the new employee coordinator
