This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does not convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Supervision/Management Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DoD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC).
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a key military liaison and advisor provides guidance on Guard, Reserve, Individual Mobilization Augmentees (IMAs), and Funded Reimbursable Authority (FRA) Components.
- →Recruitment, interviewing and hiring Guard, Reserve, IMA, and FRA components personnel to support the DCDC.
- →Manages Guard and Reserve programs fiscal provisions ensuring proper billing, collection.
- →Additionally providing accurate cost, schedule, and performance data.
- →Develops and interprets Guard and Reserve policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- →Tracks, accepts, and processes Guard, Reserve, IMA and FRA incoming orders and funding documents from external federal agencies.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-12 grade level.
