Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) mission is to lead the Department of Defense (DoD) in finance and accounting by ensuring the delivery of efficient, exceptional quality pay and financial information.
What You'll Do
- →Reviews and analyzes organizational realignments for manpower and work year impacts Designs and develops reports and provides advice and assistance necessary to the various functional managers and customers on capabilities available to assist them in their decision making.
- →Conducts manpower reviews and completes projects that provide advisory services to management officials regarding complex programs/problems.
- →Assignments are provided with general definition of objectives and methodology.
- →Performs manpower management analysis and research work by applying established management analysis principles, concepts and practices.
