This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. As a Management Analyst, GS-0343-13, serves as a senior analyst responsible for evaluating and analyzing CMMI's human resources management, performance management, project planning, and delegation of authority.
What You'll Do
- →Develops and controls the internal processing and review procedures as well as a system for identifying new areas in which delegation of administrative authorities is necessary.
- →Provides CMMI managers with technical and analytical assistance in developing recruitment strategies and analyzing positions to be filled.
- →Prepares necessary briefing materials for senior management that reflect the recruitment activities and new program developments.
