What You'll Do
- →Assists the Supervisory Budget Analyst and is assigned responsibility for planning, developing, analyzing, organizing, coordinating activities, improving effectiveness and executing a variety of tasks related to management activities.
- →Conducts management surveys, audits and research projects and provides advisory services to branch management officials.
- →Pro-actively identifies changing trends regarding facilities operations and programs to resolve procedural problems in order to avoid an adverse impact on stated management objectives.
- →Accomplishes policy development including Program Statements and Operations Memoranda regarding the Facilities Resource Management Section as well as the Facilities Management Branch.
- →Provides directive coordination instruction and advises on Abstract and Impact Statements, document clearance, comment resolution and printing and distribution concerns.
- →Represents the Facilities Management Branch and the Bureau of Prisons in meetings and conferences with Bureau officials and other governmental agencies as well as participates in industry councils and inter-agency task forces.
