What You'll Do
- →Performs program analysis, data review, reporting, and evaluation functions in support of nationwide implementation of FSA programming, earned time credits, risk and needs assessments, training, and related operational activities.
- →Provides analytical and consultative services to management to ensure strategic alignment of programs, services and policies with the Bureau's mission, goals, and objectives.
- →Responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of FSA program data, including participation rates, time credit application, risk assessment outcomes, training completion, and compliance metrics.
- →Supports implementation initiatives by tracking milestones,deliverables, and action items.
