What You'll Do
- →Responsible for providing analysis of unique conditions involving all operations in the office of the Procurement Executive, the Acquisitions Branch, the Property & Construction Branch, the Field Acquisition Office and the Facility Management Branch in Grand Prairie, TX.
- →Originates and prepares various policies and procedures for use in the Branches.
- →Involved in developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising on or improving the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, management controls, documentation systems and similar functions of management that involve difficult and complex issues.
- →Participates in the development, creation of programs and documentation of internal procedures for internal controls for all Branches.
- →Develops and monitors the operational budget requirements of the offices, preparing justifications and supporting documents for the formal budget process and maintains records of office expenditures.
- →Provides direction to staff on proper procedures and methods, as well as advice and guidance in program matters and in resolution of broad or difficult problems.
Requirements
