You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Enlisted Distribution Division (PERS-40) of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will schedule, track, and monitor Enlisted Distribution Training for almost 400 military officer and enlisted personnel and civilian employees.
- →You will serve as a senior analyst, provide PCS orders generation training to ensure regulatory compliance.
- →You will act as a technical advisor to the director and divisional staff, providing impact statements on proposed changes to enlisted distribution policy.
- →You will provide technical presentations/briefs to division personnel and senior leaders.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
