What You'll Do
- →You will perform emergency and routine repair work to structures, real property, utility systems, and dynamic equipment, requiring multi-trade job skills in the structural, mechanical, and electrical trades.
- →You will perform work, including carpentry, paint, masonry, glass, plumbing/pipe fitting, industrial equipment repair, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) work, as well as electrical repair and installation.
- →You will interpret and apply building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and maintenance and repair manuals to determine material, tools, and equipment needed for the project and how or what repairs need to be completed.
- →You will determine when structures, parts, and/or components need to be repaired, adjusted, or cleaned.
