You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the MATERIEL READINESS DIRECTORATE (N43/N46 of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the lead program manager for all the Property Accountability Program (PAP) execution across CNEF units and coordination with OPNAV, SYSTEMS Commands, Program Acquisition Executives, Program Offices, and Operational Units.
- →You will establish and maintain consolidated materiel, supply, and inventory operations, assess property for secure and adequate storage space.
- →You will conduct inspections and audits of subordinate units and their requisition, receipt, storage, issuing, and inventory practices of equipment and supplies.
- →You will ensure commands develop and implement corrective action plans when inventory accuracy falls below 99% IAW SECNAVINST 5200.45.
- →You will develop, maintain, and enforce policy and procedures for TOA management in the Inventory Management System in-use by the force (i.e.
- →ELMS-WH, ELMS-PA, NOBLE, and NOSS).
- →You will ensure all requests, turn-ins, and centrally managed items are prepared in accordance with appropriate regulations.
- →You will consolidate and analyze data from multiple APSRs comprising PAP and provide gap analysis to set goals and objectives.
- →You will conduct analysis to establish measure of effectiveness for PAP at all levels across NEFLANT/NEFPAC.
- →You will develop and author correspondence and naval messages related to Property Accountability Program, ensuring all personnel that have inventory and accountability responsibilities adhere to data sharing protocols.
