About the Role
About the Position: This is a Planned Management Action open to current USACE, New England District Logistics employees due to organizational workload changes and evolving mission. Position(s) will be filled at the GS-09 or GS-011 grade level.
What You'll Do
- →Duties described reflect the full performance GS-11 level: Coordinate the transportation program for the District.
- →Analyze usage reports to determine the number and type of vehicles required.
- →Coordinate the replacement of vehicles as required by the organization.
- →Coordinate the facilities and services programs for the District.
- →Review space management and utilization requirements on a regular basis.
- →Resolve maintenance issues for facilities and utility systems.
- →Coordinate the supply program within the District.
- →Analyze the usage of supplies and equipment throughout the District.
- →Investigate discrepancies in supply levels and resolve differences.
- →Oversee the bar-coding program and ensure periodic inventories are completed.
- →Serve as the Government Purchase Cardholder to obtain property and equipment.
- →Ensure compliance with Government Purchase Card program policies.
- →Monitor multiple program accounts to ensure funds are allocated properly.
- →Perform monthly reconciliations to maintain accurate and compliant records.
