This position is located in Facilities, Acquisition, and Logistics Division (FALD), Facilities and Logistics (F&L) Branch. Supports all day-to-day aspects of the PFPA -wide Space, Facilities, Property, and Construction Management Programs.
What You'll Do
- →Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Develops and implements comprehensive plans, policies, processes, and procedures to comply with General Services Administration (GSA) and DoW space layout standards.
- →Assists in the development of budget estimates for facility and physical security support, repair and maintenance, and space occupancy expenses for inclusion in the PFPA budget.
- →Conducts research and performs analyses for special projects.
- →Assists in the development of specifications for contracts relating to the acquisition of office equipment, furniture, equipment maintenance, rental of equipment, and services.
- →Organizes and maintains control of documents relative to procurement, equipment, inventory accounting, contracts, and maintenance services.
