You will serve as a Deputy Acquisition Program Manager Logistics (DAPML) located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama within the WEAPONS SUSTAINMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION, SUSTAINMENT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & ANALYSIS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. You will serve as a Precision Guided Munitions (PGM) DAPML within PMA-242 Precision and Time Sensitive Strike Program.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the principal assistant to the Assistant Program Manger for Logistics (APML), responsible for the tactical execution of the weapon system's Product Support Strategy.
- →You will provide logistics leadership and direct program management to ensure the system is operationally available, maintainable, and sustainable.
- →You will develop, maintain and update the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), ensuring all 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements are addressed.
- →You will manage the execution of depot-level repairs, including the induction, tracking, and return of mission-capable assets.
- →You will coordinate with Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) and Army counterparts to manage inventory, direct asset movement, and oversee receipt, inspection, and shipping policies.
- →You will assist the APML in the development and management of the logistics budget, providing direct input for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle.
- →You will serve as a primary logistics point of contact for direct fleet support, addressing emergent operational and maintenance issues.
