The primary purpose of this position is: To assist in the smooth operation of the Installation Deployment Readiness Cell and to provide a complete range of readiness, planning, and logistical support to the commanders and all organizations within the wing.
What You'll Do
- →Plans and Integration Program Management Support Agreements: Manages support agreements for the 11th Wing.
- →Responsible for coordinating all new, existing, or proposed agreements through all appropriate functional and staff elements.
- →Formulates long-range, emergency, and contingency logistics and mission plans supporting the 11th Wing, tenants, operating locations, and all other personnel assigned to or serviced by the 11th Wing.
- →Conducts war and emergency planning and monitors related training, tests, and exercises.
- →Program Management Logistical Analysis: Determines support requirements of requesting units.
- →Obtains workload, strength, and associated cost data from requester.
- →Program Management Automated System: Manages local support agreements database.
- →Manages a shared drive on the local area network and SharePoint site which contains the local support agreement files and database.
